Avatars Of War have shown off some more previews of how their Warriors of the Apocalypse with Great Weapons are shaping up. Here they are painted and unpainted...
This will be a new plastic set for this army. The set you can see above features some of the models from the Command element of this regiment. You can see more rank and file below.
Here you see them with an array of different helmet options as well as different weapons to swing around. I really like the one who has the Greek-style ridge running across the middle of his helmet and his cleaver weapon.

Wow! Very nice. Good to see them filling the holes in GW’s game. These are definitely on my shopping list.

I would be vary of pre-ordering from AoW though. Hopefully they have gotten their act together better these days, but earlier pre-orders have taken months and even a year to be delivered to the people buying them.
