Fame & Fortune in Civilization from FFG

I love the reinvention of the Civilization game by Fantasy Flight Games and so seeing this news was all kinds of fantastic. Coming at the tail end of 2011 is a big expansion for the game, Fame and Fortune.
The expansion adds four new leaders to the game. The Arabs, Spanish, Greeks and Indians should give a whole new layer of strategy to an already deep game.
Added to the new Civilizations are new great people to control, including some major historical figures. A new technology to boost your cities into metropolis status is also on the cards.
It's all shaping up to be a great expansion which bridges the gap between board game and computer game. A real sign of the times that both mediums can deliver such a similar experience. Maybe it will even bring those hardcore Real Time Strategy players around a gaming table and open the gate to more awesome games.

Sadly not yet. But I have bought it. The trouble is all the other cool board games, but I will start to have a look at soon.
