Check Out How Much You’re Getting With The Conan King Pledge!

The Conan Kickstarter from Monolith moves into its final twenty four hours or so on the fundraising platform and it's got one hell of a package for those of you who want to pledge and get your hands on a bunch of awesome game components and miniatures, oh so many miniatures...
Just take a look at what you get below. As well as the base game you have loads of extra heroes, loads of villains, hordes of minions and a whole bucket of monsters too. The add-ons can give you some additional stuff too and while not part of the box are great bolt on components with expansions and alternative extras too.
We're thoroughly impressed with what Monolith have done with this game and the dedication to the backers seems to be top notch. Time will tell if they manage to get it all out by October but I have a feeling they're more than up to the task.
The retail version is also going to be something to keep an eye on. While a lot of the miniatures were Kickstarter exclusives it would be nice to see at least some of the additional heroes come out as packs in the future rather than staying simply as backer rewards.
As you can see above here are some of those additional heroes including the Kushite Witch Hunters, Ageera and Conan the General who is still a little way off but I'm sure the backers can get him.

A true s**the load of stuff
Just to be clear, everything and that means absolutely everything will eventually go on sail?
A lot of stuff is listed as Kickstarter exclusive so I don’t think all of it will eventually be for retail.

As far as I know, the Kickstarter Exclusives (with the green labels) will not go to retail but are usually available on conventions or their website in very limited numbers.
So if you are interested in getting them all for sure, you will have to back it now on Kickstarter, you have a few hours left.
If you like Conan, miniatures and games you will not be disappointed with the amount of freebees you get with your pledge.
No – everything you see with the green tag on it is Kickstarter exclusive – the only thing they might bring out on sale later is an alternate sabretooth sculpt.
So the choice is yours – back the KS, or not. You have 20 hours to decide 🙂

Looks awesome value! Would hate to estimate the postage! On the KS it says that the latest estimate is $27, not sure when the estimate was made though. Anyone know?

It’s estimated at $22 shipping for the King Pledge and stretch goals in the US and EU. I just got in for $90 Barbarian Pledge (base game and all stretch goals). Hopefully shipping will be $20 or so.
They’re now over $3.135 million and 15,255 backers. So average pledge is more than $200. Some of those add-ons look nice, but I’ll wait to see them crank out the base game and stretch goals first.

It looks as thoguh the King pledge also gets addition freebies, which is good news too. As $45 for a limited box seems a bit crazy to me, hehe. 99.9% of the time it gets crushed and thrown in the recycling, so it doesnt take up as much space. 😀

That was a fantastic KS – $3,327,757 and 16,038 backers! I went in big (ahem!) and have to find a cavern large enough for about 300 new minis when this lot arrives!

Here Here! Dunno about a new Cavern…..I’m contemplating buying a bigger house to fit in all the Conan stuff……..Conan, of course will have his own bedroom. Or maybe a plan B…..if the wife were to disappear then the current house could be cleared and might just suffice…….note to self; check how much space is under patio when I get home……
Its an absolute boatload of stuff. I could not be happier 😀 😀 , but now the waiting begins 🙁
