We’ve seen some fascinating sculpts from AntiMatter Games but maybe this one takes the award for most awesome. The work on the armour sections, the scaled tail and that cruel trident has crafted a very dangerous looking warrior.
One of the questions that always crosses our minds when we look at models from DeepWars is how would we approach painting it? You could follow all the techniques you’re used to but since this fellow is meant to be beneath the sea you’d have to try and come up with some interesting tricks for creating that illusion.
Maybe a variation on source lighting would be the key?
