Fantasy Flight Games has announced an awesome new RPG on the horizon for Star Wars fans, coming in the second quarter of 2015! Force and Destiny: Beginner Game, is a new RPG in the Star Wars universe that is built specifically as an entry point into role playing games that can be built upon so that even a seasoned RPG player will enjoy it!

This game comes with an abridged rule set, 4 pre-generated characters and custom dice so that players can open the box and take off into their Star Wars adventure and literally learn as they play. If you haven't tried an RPG before, or you have a friend that loves Stars Wars and hasn't tried an RPG before- then this is definitely the game for you.

Quite tempted by this, yet to try out the weird and wonderful world of RPG (except video game versions, which I still argue to this day doesn’t count).

Both of the previous Star Wars beginner boxes from FFG have been excellent and I have no doubt this one will be the same. I am still not fond of the system but that’s an entirely personal thing and I think most people will find it a very easy and satisfying game to play.

I’ll be picking this up for sure, because Star Wars 😀

So this is the third and final ? setting for the Star Wars rpg, the others are The Edge of the Empire and Age of Rebellion. I do own Age of Rebellion but not got round to playing it yet.
