Next week will see the release of Kabuki's latest take on a classic fairy tale character, the sinister and sexy Evil Queen.

Evil Queen

The model itself, as we have already noted, is superb. However, a problem for painters could be just how important the mirror is. It is, after all, one of the defining aspects of this character. Well don't worry my fellow lesser skilled painters as Kabuki are including a pvc sticker in the blister.

Mirror

Now there are ways for a painter to get around the problem of the mirror. If their confident enough in their skills, they might try painting a face, like in the Disney movie of Snow White. Or they could leave a reflective black surface.

Still, the inclusion of this sticker means that a good effect can be achieved without having to worry too much about the technical challenges of a reflection.

Will you be taking this apple from Kabuki when it is released?
