Ok so I thought I was pretty well versed in WWII and the equipment used therein. Some how I did not know about the Arado 234B, a late war reconnaissance / bomber that had jet propulsion and saw action in the waning days of the war.
Everyone knows about the Messerschmitt 262, but this was a new one for me. From what I have been able to read, this was actually a pretty successful aircraft and was able to avoid most Allied aircraft with ease. Just imagine if Germany had these airplanes much earlier in the war, even the great Battle of Britain might have turned out differently?
So now with Battlefront Miniatures new release, you can grab a couple of these and add them to your army and relive some of the final battles of the war, such as the Bridge at Remagen or many of those what ifs. The model itself looks pretty good and with a really nice paint job can add a lot to your table.
Will your Luftwaffe be joining the jet age?
