Nah ha ha it was all part of the plan but I can see how many people may think that. I really would wish that GW would move to dropper bottles at the very least for thier washes and air range I actually don’t mind the design they have at all for standard paints I [...]
@nakchak, I know it’s better for pretty simple reasons. A wet palette, consists of 3 components. The container, the sponge, the paper. If we compare containers, we have the everlasting one which is air tight. Great that’s exactly what you want. However it is quite small and you won’t be able to use a lot of [...]
There’s also been a development on the VTOL. I posted an image to a Facebook group run by the makers of it and I have been asked if they can use a photo of it for their upcoming webstore! I am thrilled and surprised and obviously I said yes.
@apocryphal I hope to see one too, although the scheme was designed so my brother could paint it easily so it’s up to him. I wouldn’t mind painting one of Antenociti’s vehicles as a Mako though.
Hi love this game, heres a pic of my town we used at my clubs yearly games tournament.
It was used as a demo table for the day whilst the 40k and AOS games were on.
So I always appreciate the notes, but I’ve been tardy in letting people know how much I appreciate their work – so let me open a few tabs and see where we go… if I skip or miss your entry, it just because I’m going fast, I really love everything posted! @Doctorether – those kingdom death [...]
@Dugthefug1644 carry old boy and I sort of know what you mean but a lot of the guy I know that play it use their ECW and Monmouth figures so actually you are not in the minority and besides this hobby should allow creativity like what you are doing. I personally look forward to your posts [...]
I think they all look really good, I remember commenting on them in the video but yeah I think I will try to put everything I said into text form. So I think that you have done a good job of colour matching your troops but I think there are a few things you could [...]
@aurorainbag hope you’re feeling better soon! Been working on something a little bit different. Autumn is approaching and this is when I start working on stuff for my gaming weekend in January – so that means lots of cyberpunk sci-fi. The car is from Scotia Grendel and the VTOL is from KORE Aeronautics recently funded and [...]
@dugthefug1644 Buy and use whatever you want. Sadly companies like Firelock don’t seem to be able to compete with similar figures from historical figure manufacturers and I have never really got the conservative ‘must use this companies miniatures.’ view From memory the golden age of piracy was the late 17th early 18th century and clothing and [...]

I wish I had build my fleets and practiced the game enough to even consider this.
Good luck with your tournament/demo days
Erm, maybe. I doubt the privateer press wet Palette is mould resistant. The foam on the Everlasting wet Palette looks a little like caligen foam, the sort of stuff LARP weapons are made of.
Not sure how you feel readers, but I am getting the impression that, particularly with this game, cost is not a barrier to the real fans of the game. It feels as though that if you can afford a game that played at it’s most exciting is played with expensive 28mm 17th century pirate ships, [...]
@onlyonepinman yeah thats the marketing spiel, most foams are made to a common spec with the marketing fluff (and price) tailored for the market. Could well be the padding you get wrapped round your fingers if you break them, time will tell when mine arrive lol… Just need to ask @radegast6 nicely if he can make some [...]
