At least with these minis they are …
I’ve got Mongo ordered and he is in resin. Cool. I can’t wait.
I’ve fancied picking up some Dark Age minis for ages but there are so many others I want too – Really want some Dystopian Wars stuff after the BoW videos and the same goes for Infinity … and then there’s Malifaux … etc etc
As long as we are not talking failcast and there is some sort of quality control applied no problem. I have a few limited edition figures by Studio Mc Vey that show what can be achieved by using the right materials..
I have spent some time this week assembling the Skaard and Brood starter sets. I have to say these went together like a dream in metal.. In fact I have been assembling some infinity models along side them. Also in metal. For years I have been dealing with the assembly of GW casts with gritted teeth as it was often location that was the poorest of quality of all. I have had a rude awakening as to just how bad GW casts are. However if the casting is this good why change to resin for DA?
