Hey guys, I just got the Northern Starter box… is there an optimal weapon load-out I should be using with the squads? Or should I just glue on whatever?

I recomend holding off for a bit until you get some games in. Play with Gear Garage and post some army lists on the HG Forum under the Gear Garage section. You’ll get a LOT of feed back. In general I’d go with Snub Cannon and MBZK on your Strike gears, Jaguar with MBZK is kinda broken awesome good!
For your Fire support 1 grizzly with ATM’s and 1 with linked MRP’s will do you just fine. Keep your squad commanders with a standard load out. There job is more spotting and co-ordinating than fighting so don’t bother much with weapon upgrades on those guys.
