It's not a bad model, but it seems a bit messy. I don't like the face at all, but maybe it's just the images showing it in a bad light.

I read it as archfather Proturbo, this is a mini of many names it seems.
That looks like a mess, suffers from to much detail methinks, the arms and legs remind me of a line of kids toys from the 90’s 🙂
He bears at striking resemblance to Primarch Perturabo WHAT A COINCIDENCE.
