The Dark Age Outpost Kickstarter from Idyllwild has grown since we last covered it. As well as being funded they have unlocked a series of great stretch goals with much more to come down the pipeline...

Dark Age Outpost

The Outpost

The Dark Age Outpost itself is looking like a very good piece of terrain indeed. Considering folks are very much into their Dark Age tabletop games these days it makes sense for us to have a kit like this that could be easily put together and painted.

Keep

Above you can see the main Keep section which would no doubt house your small amount of ranged troops and act as the focus point for any objectives you have to undertake.

Gates

The gate sections and towers are also looking great and I could imagine you working out a system of structure points for smashing them down as you assault the walls.

Tower & Single Sections

One of the things I would potentially add would be a platform inside the wall which you could put defenders on. Although, in saying that it does focus the fighting around the gate which is kind of awesome.

Future Stretch Goals

There have been a number of stretch goals already unlocked included new miniatures but we're going to look ahead to some of the terrain that is yet to be added.

Later Stretch Goals

Here is where you get your hands on the additional bits and pieces that bring the Outpost to life. The addition of the Keep and the Upgrade Kit answer some of the quibbles I'd had earlier. The wall platforms are part of this stretch goal as well as some bitz which make the place looked lived in.

Have you backed?
