If you like the Weird World War theme and Japanese fighter planes then you'll certainly want to check out Industria Mechanika's Mitutake Nishimura Zero which is going to be available very soon indeed...

Zero

The Classic Revamped

This very iconic plane from World War II has been tweaked to give it an anime and Weird vibe. It comes in at the 1/35 scale level and is made of resin. You get both the walker, transformed from it's plane form, and the pilot standing beside it.

I think it's an awesomely fun model and one that I reckon Lloyd might enjoy. What I particularly like about the model is that they've tried to use the look of the original plane to design how it looks when transformed. You could imagine it switching back into its airborne design quite easily.

What do you think?
