Continuing with their upcoming Halo range for Hero Clix, WizKids have also put up pics for the Covenant miniatures. Take a look.
When I saw the Master Chief I didn't think it could get much worse, but when I saw these at first I didn't even recognise what they were, especially the first grunt.
What do you all think of these? Am I being too harsh with this? Leave us your comments below.

Its like Wizkids/Neca dosen’t care to have best possible sculpts for Halo Heroclix. Expesially when you consider how great they Street Fighter Heroclix figures look. Those are much better than these.
Heroclix will be the bane of every gamer on earth as long as they make prepaints in the form of random collectables. Whats next Final Fantacy, Matrix, Spongebob Squarepants?!!!! Nothing is sacred to Heroclix.
I’m with mecha82. I can’t comprehend what is going through their minds on this one. Their older Halo stuff looked okay, and the stuff they’ve done recently (especially all the movie tie-ins) are no where near this ugly. These look so amateurish that my friends’ five-year-old could do better. I can’t believe they think people will like what they see of these.
I dont think you have to worry , heroclix ISNT a wargame , there not designed for the wargames market , there designed for kids to play Halo etc
Hopefully it will lead to them buying better quality models ala GW or Warmahordes.
But Heroclix arent models you have to worry about..
I’m not a fan of heroclix, but the halo heroclix looks crap even compared to other ranges of heroclix, look at the DC or marvel licensed sets, even MODOK looks better than those grunts, and he’s a feckin’ jet powered toilet.
These have kind of a comedic value

If you took your local GW’s resident 5 year old blood angels player, took photos of his minis and said ‘this is what GW minis look like’, you’d think they were abominable too. The Halo stuff is a let down i’m afraid to see what an Elite will look like…
