This seems to be a cross between 40k and Warmachine. The pads are more warmachine in style but the arms and hands more 40k. It might be good for a chaos dread.
I think the pads are pre-heresy bro. Looks fine to me if your going that whole preheresy rout.
They won’t go with every Dread but I’d give them ago on a Venerable perhaps. Are we sure they are OK scale wise as well.
