The team at Purgatory have found a bolt hole, escaping the madness of the War for Heaven to bring us fresh news from the raging conflict.

As they work feverishly towards the kickstarter in October, they have now released images of the next model from the Soul Train, Mike (who will not be available until the kickstarter itself). The decision behind continuing production, without offering them for sale is predominately to demonstrate consistent high quality but to also show people a greater proportion of what their investment will actually deliver.

The crew at Underestimated Games does an exceptional job of showing how the ordinary can become extraordinary in terms of a weapon. Yes, a microphone is for singing, but the stand...well, let's just say that there are some other uses for that!

Mike comes with a unique base again as Purgatory continue their commitment to fulfilling all aspects of the model. The base itself is very much in the same theme of Keysha, with a wood floor/stage. In this one, however, there are edges of a trampled banner or sign are on the floor along with a discarded beer can from the rampaging crowd.

In addition to their work on Mike and his themed base,  Purgatory has revisited their Death model. Death was their first model created and now she will have her own unique base. If you head to the website you can read the back story for Death where it reveals her true identity (and it's SO GOOD).

Her story will make sense out of the perhaps seemingly random items on her base (an apple and a snake). And don't worry, did you already purchase the Death model? With any future purchases,  Purgatory will send these specialized bases out for it to be united with its model.
