You did a great job on the smooth shading and hilighting. The drab colors and dark red flames work well together visually. And even the base looks great. I wish I was this good at getting lighting effects to look natural.
It’s all a matter of knowing the light sources, and working on them one at a time, really… As for the base, I made myself with putty.
