Micro Art are Working on the Terrain of Tomorrow

A pair of WIP images have appeared from Micro Art showing the look of terrain to come, be it energy walls or hard foam white... tower... things.
Both of these pieces have a futuristic sleekness to them which is different to much of the other sci-fi terrain we have seen from Micro Art and would be excellent for all sorts of sci-fi games.
Since Micro Art is the official creator of Infinity terrain it not surprising to see that these pieces would most match that game's glossy, neon design of the future.
How do you think these are shaping up? Are there any specific terrain pieces you would like to see?

They look nice, but I have a suggestion for anyone looking for curvy scifi terrain. Dollar Store (Pound store?) water pistols are perfect for taking apart and using as towers like this. They have casted tubes, spires, gratings, etc., so all you have to do is cut off the grip, cover the holes with some plasticard and paint them!

would love to see a few pics of that! always used all manner of odds and ends but never quite had the imagination to use a water pistol – be cool to see what results you got…

That’s quite a good suggestion there @herrigold. 🙂 I use polysterene plates/dishes (the ones you get for a party/BBQ) and stick those together. They might work quite well too. 🙂
