Ramshackle Games have added some new resin bases to their range. The Grimdark Bases!
These bases have a nice rugged appearance which can be turned into all manner of landscapes. They also have enough skulls to satisfy even Games Workshop. OK, maybe not that many skulls but still...
Do you guys think that these might be useful bases for your minis? What miniatures do you think you would use them for?

To be completely honest, it looks like they tore apart some cork, glued them to a base, added a couple of skulls, and then cast them in resin. I will check out the other bases but these ones I’m not so excited about.
Agreed. I make similar but better bases on my own.
But only £4 so I can see people picking these up to save time.
For the cost and complexity of setting up my own resin casting I’m gonna buy bases everytime. These don’t look too bad. Not a big fan of excessive grim dark skulls and they may wreck using them for Malifaux. Maybe Necrons…..
These will ink up and highlight very well. And far more rugged and durable than making your own bases from cork.
