Here's your first sneak peak at the wonders of Salute 2011...

We've got some stills of the gaming tables and the fantastic terrain that made the whole experience so out of this world.

This is only a taster of the the stuff that was there... so stay tuned... there's more to come, including the stunning Wargames Illustrated table.

The only words to describe it are epic!

I think for these events Beasts of war need their own little stand 😉 i saw you guys set up in the corner of the room!

The tables were beautiful! and the WW2 town which was 2 or three tables big ! lush to say the least.

Was my fourth visit this year and always massively inspired by the great boards, scenery and games on display. Have to give a shout out to the Mantic guys, customer service you just can’t beat and the Golem studio guys for the chat and tips. Lastly met Andy and Lloyd so my day was complete!

Salute always falls at an awkward time of year for me, with regards to birthdays and family commitments. I’d really love to go!

Perhaps next April, my Mrs birthday present, could be to take her to see her sister in London. I’m sure they’d love to have a day in the shops, whilst I get to drool over all the lovely gaming gear at Salute.
