Tabletop Art Base Your Minis in a Field of Crystals

Tabletop Art have announced that they are now releasing their Crystal Field bases in a new starter set.
This set provides you with a variety of bases of different scales, allowing you to give your miniatures a stylish base. The larger Crystal Bases might not be especially easy to mount your minis on, as they look especially uneven.
However, even if you don't fancy picking up the whole selection of Crystal Bases offered in this starter set, the individual bases would make excellent objective markers. Painted up green I would definitely use these as warp stone markers in Mordheim.
Do you guys like the look of these bases? Do you think it would be worth picking up Tabletop Art's starter set deal?
I bought a net bag full of Green glass chips from a local garden centre they use it for plant pot decoration.
Next time I rebase my Eldar I was intending to make a similar base to these.
