Beware Smart Max’s Snipers and Aliens

Smart Max have two new great sci-fi figures to spark off your shiny syndrome.
First up we have the Russian style sniper Chapochka.
This is a really great sculpt who could be great in a game of Infinity or even Secrets of the Third Reich.
If your looking for something a little stranger then Newark can fit the bill.
This weird looking mini could be either a good alien or the result of some twisted science experiment.
Smart Max's latest offering is very impressive. What do you think of these? Like either in particular?

Those are 50mm minis. Not much use for Infinity or even Secrets of the Third Reich.

You’re a painter though – I bet you can find a use for these…
Both minis have great detail, but at this scale I’d expect that so it’s not as big a selling point as it could be. If you wanted to use Chapochka in a 28mm game you still can – as terrain by painting her marbled grey and making her into a ‘Hero of the Revolution’ statue. Newark is just plain weird – very original though.
Wow that is just SUPER great, cool and awesome all in one. And yes I wish it was 28mm as well, but we can’t win them all.

Chapochka would make a great Widowmaker for a Khador army. It’s too bad that their 50mm. I do like thc303’s idea of using it as a statue!
I’d buy that Russian sniper as a Tank Hunter stand in for Infinity if it came in 28mm.
It would be perfect.
They could be used for Inquisitor I think
