Across Europe, Warsaw Pact forces continue to face off against the Western Allies. Reports coming from the front lines have confirmed that the ambitions American lead drive towards Berlin has unfortunately failed and been driven back by strong counterattacks by Soviet forces.
Soviet media sources have been quick to point out that the Allied attack is clear evidence that Western Forces planned to launch a war of aggression and that only through their first strike have they been able to hold back the NATO forces.
As the war has been progressed reports have been filtering out of both sides of so-called Friendly Fire incidents, or blue-on-blue engagements.
Our roving reporter Phil Yates takes a closer look at the impact of these engagements. Head over to the Firestorm Website to find out more.
Battlefront’s Team Yankee and Firestorm: Stripes Campaign takes us back to the days of 1985 with the fictional assault on Western Europe by the Soviet army and her allies. Join the fight over at their website or check out the Firestorm Campaign Site to view all the action.
