Unfeasibly Miniatures have bolstered the ranks of their Tuareg range which will be fighting against the French Foreign Legion. In addition to new sets for them the Foreign Legion did get itself another big gun, the De Bange Mountain Gun...

Tuareg Reinforcements

First up we have the Tuareg Command below who are presented in their traditional deep blue clothing. This set represents a Prince on the back of the Camel and an Elder on foot pointing the way.

TUAREG COMMAND

I think this is a really nice set and I like that it comes with another relaxing camel.

As well as that Command pack they have put together two units of cavalry, the Mounted Tuareg I and the Mounted Tuareg II.

Armed with rifles they will have some ranged firepower but in addition they have more traditional spears and shields when things get up close and personal.

Big Guns

On the French Foreign Legion side of things they have just got themselves a rather nice 80mm 'De Bange' Mountain Gun which was a lightweight piece of kit that fired high explosive rounds. Not bad to have in your arsenal...

80MM ‘DE BANGE’ MOUNTAIN GUN & CREW

Within the kit you get the four crew, the gun and some additional extras like the ammo supply and some cleaning rods to put on the bases showing them in action.

Have you ever fought battles during this period of history?

Let us know below!
