VLOG: Preparing The Boot Camp Desert Boards

Another day and we're got the Boot Camp boards covered in sand. Well, a first layer anyway. But, we think they look amazing. Just imagine how they'll look with a second coat hiding all those gaps we missed.
Lloyd is tearing up the studio creating his own speciality rocks which he has specifically designed to be completely modular in design. What kind of game would you like to play with these?
Meanwhile, John is busy in the hobby room, darkening up some water oasis pieces and well...getting sand absolutely everywhere.

I will have to bring a bucket and spade to build sand castles with all that sand:-)
These tables are crying out for some beach terrain! Throw in some umbrellas, them castle-shaped-bucket-shaped-sandcastles.
Them rocks would make a great coastline or islands for your naval battle idea
I am full to bursting with admiration for the way you guys have stormed ahead after getting the bad news about the mats not arriving. What an effort, the Bootcamp is bound to be something special for all concerned, not just the attendees.
I loved this – & those foam hills are just what I’m after for my desert board. Total light bulb moment!!!

What is it with dongs this week? If it’s not bad enough that they’re being lopped off, now we’re being encouraged to ding them :-0
I imagine the terrain will blend in even better, now that everything has been coated with the same sand.
Those hills look great!
Every time I see them I just marvel at how simple yet brilliant those foam rocks/hills are. And they look so bloody good!
