I had my killa kans once stood before my nob squad and boys squad, 3 killa kans, 2 deff dreads on either side of the kans too. Nobz where accompanied by a big mek with kustom force field, and the boys by grotsnik, so the smaller units got cover saves from all vehicles and walkers, and the walkers got their saves from the kustom force field.
Luckily that match I saved almost all my saves xD
Darrell’s really become the mainstay of BoW vids.. I still remember his 1st vids way back when… he’s really come a long way. When is his 100th vid coming out? or has it already?
I would agree with this tactic if they were predators and rhinos, but with chimeras and their super crappy side armor 10 I wouldn’t really advise this. At the very least, I wouldn’t put my chimeras sideways.
It is extremely important as an IG player to ensure that the chimeras don’t get shot on side armor.
Those are some really neat looking IG tanks! I don’t like the first box formation though. Don’t call me a grognard, but it just looks so incredibly gamey and silly. I know this isn’t reality etc etc, but who in his right mind would park his tanks on the battlefield like that.
