I think this looks sooooo cool! This is the perfect complement to my historicals. Fabulous minis, deckbuilding and grid-based. I think they have a sleeper hit here!
Now I just wonder, when will we see the next unboxing? I want to get to the starter set! 🙂

Great Miniatures, very interested to see how the game mechanics work. For now I stick with Blood Bowl, I dodged the 40k 8th edition bullet, lets see if I can dodge this one as well.
@dignity I think the second to last skeleton you showed, the one looking over his shoulder, is a nod to Ray Harryhausen’s skeletons in Jason and the Argonauts.

I was so unsure about Shadespire when I first saw the hint of it mainly because it didnt really say what the game was and I couldnt quite see it. But then they started releasing more and more info. Im a massive fan of the Sepulchral Guard faction, the way they look, the way they seem to play. I can’t wait to see what the Skaven set looks like as well. My decision on this will come down to the Australian prices though, because GW really have been hit and miss on how fairly they treat our country with prices… Read more »

Im not sure about this game itself, but Ive not really looked into it properly yet. I do however love the scupts on those guys, theyve really done well with the clothing hanging off the bones. I think I’m going to have to pick them up whether I go for the game or not.
The more I know of the game, bigger grows the shiny syndrome xD
At first, I only wanted this box, because they look gorgeously cool. But after seen some gameplays, I think the game might be worth to pick it up.
All that said, it depends greatly in the cost of everything xD
I love the dynamic poses in this box, particularly the Prince and the guy who I’m going to call “The Captain” because he looks like he is going to throw his shield! They make me regret buying the Deathrattle skeletons at the start of September as I wanted them for Frostgrave, but had I waited, I could have purchased these instead with the added bonus of also getting a Shadespire team out of it 😀
