i like the list it is a list that the enemy will struggle to get a grips with, and its really fast and it can work well against low armour armys. i glad you had the idea of the trolls, since giants really are not good. i love theme armys. i might try this out act. my brit army i think will fight it i never go agiants an green army with out some kind of fire weapon
Fun list guys 🙂
Great show BoW lads! Superb list, really fun and well themed. I’d like to see it in action. I suppose it would suite the more tactical minded of us, which probably leaves me out (lol). I myself would probably water the list down a little and add a large walking infantry unit (a hoard of goblins) in order to give me something to help pin enemy units down with. Leadership would be an issue with this army, I can imagine it wouldn’t take much for goblin wolf riders to break and then run away. One bloke I used to know… Read more »
I played Greenskins for some 15 years before I finally took my leave of GW games but that green tinge to my heart is still there so I’m loving the coverage of the new book. This army is one that matches perfectly the kind of army I always wanted to make but never got round to. Certainly when you get creative, such as with the Wolftrolls, you can get a lot of variation in there. 8 Wolves pulling some kind of Goblin War Alter/Land Ship would be my line of thinking for counting as the big ol’ spider. While not… Read more »
Very interesting and fun list. I’d like a video on trolls in particular as I think they became useful in eighth and the river troll kit is fantastic in my opinion. As Darrell said perhaps more trolls in this to make it more useful? Still its a great fun themed list.
A giant werewolf coulde be fun,
Along with doom diving hang gliding werewolves.
Didn’t there used to be a TV programme called Airwolf? 😛
Cute but you didn’tmention vanguard move- Gatilla would be the only character who can do this! Cast “Gift of the spider god” (poison) and da Howlerz become quite dangerous….
I am an orc player bth from 40k and fantasy, too bad I have difficult tie to get my hand on the models ( thank you for the embargo, GW), I surelly would love to build and paint such an army like that.
Some of my Rackham miniatures of werewolves would fit nice in those werewolf trolls or even a troll using a camouflage wolf vest made of green stuff 🙂
Unfortunatelly I have very few wolves and goblins to give it a try
Great list guys!
Love this theme list. For the trolls, if you don’t mind the expense there’s always Forge Worlds new Skin Wolves. (link below)

They’re official GW models so entirely tournament legal, they’re very high quality models and they would fit this theme beautifully.
