Claustrophobia does look sweet – the “not a dungeon crawler” dungeon crawler looks great on the table.

Claustrophobia, while looking beautiful, isn’t my thing, i have my wallet on standby for 2019, waiting on Conan 2.0 and Mythic Battles: Ragnarok.

Holy CRAP that Batcave! And since my work computer doesn’t have sound, I can only speculate, but Claustrophobia looks equally beautiful and intense!

Keen to see what’s on offer for Claustrophobia and to see how it does on KS Not doing stretch goals is perfectly valid and you can still pick up loads of backers but the comments and backer engagement seems much weaker as there’s a lot less to argue about. (see the recent Dungeons & Doggies KS) but the initial offering is going to need to look as good as the finished KS offering from MOnoliths previous projects as backers will have an idea of the ‘value’ that can be offered by the company already and if it doesn’t look as… Read more »

One more step towards KS not being KS

This model has already been done by Queen Games. It was broken almost a year ago. Nobody complained then. The only reason people seem to be complaining now is because Monolith was honest and upfront and sent out info about what they are doing.

I jumped on the Conan Kickstarter early on and it is a tremendous game with fabulous production values. Very impressive. Now Claustrophobia was one I came so very very close to buying in its original iteration, but never did. The Monolith version has me really tempted. Something about the 17th century, the 30 Years War, Europe overrunning the new world and descending into hell that appeals to me (signed up for Anno Domini 1666 already.) Might be hard to miss.

Can’t wait to get that Batman game. I like the Conan system the game is based on, and Batman is my favorite comic book hero so I had to go all-in! Not sure is Claustrophobia is to my tastes, thematically, but I will check it out once it hits KS.

Wow…Claustrophobia is 10 years old already? Not sure I like the sale over KS…but hey…KS is braking their own rules for years…because it makes a lot of money…

Claustrophobia already has my credit card on go! I wish they could get the MB:P 1.5 kit sooner.

Props to Monolith for trying a different model with Claustrophobia. They have had multiple big kickstarters in the past and it is great to see a company putting their own resources into a project upfront when possible.

I will wait and see about the Claustrophobia KS…not enough info out there for now to be an instant pledge.
