The Celestant Prime has been spotted for Age Of Sigmar by Games Workshop. Armed with Ghal Maraz this is a Greater Daemon sized addition to the armies of Sigmar and it looks fairly awesome. You can see the model HERE plus the rules too...

Stormcast Eternal Art

The model squares up against the Glottkin and has the wings of the Prosecutors. He is armed with the mythical hammer, Ghal Maraz, as I mentioned above and the Cometstrike Sceptre which has it's own bunch of cool rules.

Model-wise I think he's actually fairly awesome and the only thing I would change is the painting of the 'fates' around his base to the light blue that I've used on my models.

Rules Of The Prime

When it comes to the actual rules Ghal Maraz is a deadly weapon giving the model two attacks with a 3+ to hit and 2+ to wound. It's rend value is three giving it the ability to remove practically any armour save and after that you've still got to contend with it's three wounds it delivers!

The Cometstrike Sceptre can bring down comets from the heavens to hurt your foes, grabbing them from the skies to cause mortal wounds on units it hits. His Retribution From On High rule is fantastic too where he can remain in the heavens, powering up Ghal Maraz, before striking down on the battlefield and sowing fear wherever he lands.

Last but not least he is surrounded by Celestial Fates who help him see the fortunes of battle unfold. Once per turn he can change a dice roll to one of his choice. Pretty nasty.

You can find out more about the model on the link above.

Thanks to MyWargame.com for the images...
