Ainsty Casting have some awesome apes for you to pick up and use in your retro-style gaming like 7TV and such. See what you think of their Apes Mounted Command and Apes Mounted Troopers...
While it's cool to see these kind of miniatures I have to say that the horses look a little bit better than the Apes riding them. It's not so much of a problem with the command figures but the troopers, while cool, aren't quite what I was hoping when I heard about them.
Saying that it would be cool to come up with a scenario where you play as either a group of Apes or indeed the weaponless stranded survivors and you're looking to chase them down across the board.
