Made out of the many rail workers that were left with nothing after the rails themselves were completed Mr Foo has bought together this little cabal with gunslinging, opium smuggling and of course a few back alley stabbings. Reading through their little story it seems like Mr Foo's pig farm on the outskirts of town might not just be for selling a few select slices of bacon. Pigs eat anything you know.

My only complaint would be: I wish some of these gangs were bigger. Would give you more options. And they’re all so individualized that multiples don’t look right. I guess I’ll have to beef up this gang from other sources.
