Garphill Games has revealed that they are going to be doing a Roleplaying Game set in their game world of The North Sea which has spawned a huge range of games.

The North Seas Epilogue A Roleplaying Game - Garphill Games

Epilogues will be on Kickstarter later this year and will give you a chance to explore The North Sea setting, inspired by Viking legends, mythology and history as your very own Northern raider. This sounds like an awesome prospect, and not just because I'm obsessed with the Dark Ages and God Of War at the moment.

If you're interested in what The North Sea is all about then you might want to check out some of their other games in the series. Shipwrights Of The North Sea is the only one of their games I've played and sees you building boats, trying to outdo your opponents and establish a mighty fleet.

Beyond that, though the team has then expanded the range to include the likes of Raiders Of The North Sea...

...and smaller expansion projects like Runesaga. I should point out that all of the artwork that you see here comes from an absolutely amazing chap by the name of Mihajlo Ddimitrievski. He does some stunning work.

I can't wait to see how this role-playing game comes together and what flavour of the game this is going to be. I hope it has something to do with the mythical side of things as well as the Historical.

Will you be checking this out?
