Test Yourself With A New Sniper Elite Board Game Operation Soon

Rebellion Unplugged will be on Gamefound in the near future with a new expansion to their hit board game, Sniper Elite. The new campaign will cover Operation Kraken alongside a reprint of the core game and its various supplements.

This brand new expansion introduces two new maps, vehicles for the defenders and a range of new challenges for you to overcome. You will be able to dive into an expansive Norman Village or delve into the interior of a Super Carrier and its claustrophobic bowels.

The maps will provide you with plentiful challenges on their own but the addition of vehicles should turn things up a notch as well. Luckily, you've got some tools to cause some chaos and a cunning sniper might be able to take them down with a well-placed shot (just like the games!).

As well as the new expansion content, there will also be a change to get the reprint of Sniper Elite: The Board Game, Eagle's nest and the Deluxe Upgrade Kit if you missed out in the past.

Sniper Elite is a great video game and also happens to be a pretty darn solid board game. Having had just a taste of it with a demo or two, I've really enjoyed the stealth mechanics and the way it manages to capture the feel of the game, especially as the tension ratchets up.
