Beautifully disgusting in his way. It looks like he is carrying away a veritable soup of human bits and pieces there. Could certainly see him wandering the dark battlefields as the ravens pick clean the corpses.

He’d make a great unit filler for a zombie horde if you don’t play Bushido – he’s practically a Corpse Cart by himself!
