Prepare for docking as wave three of the releases for Dropfleet Commander brings us the Modular Space Station Pack, containing the biggest sprue Hawk Wargames have made to date!

The set allows you to build enough installations to cover two tables and with parts of many different sizes and variety contained within your creative juices will be flowing. They certainly have been at Beasts of War HQ (if you're visiting, bring a mop).
We also take a look at the Launch Asset Pack which allows you to replace the tokens of the starter set with plastic bombers, fighter and torpedoes

Any clues on how the Scourgey parts will attach? I’ve got my space stations but Idon’t want to build them all till I have an idea of how they’ll fit the the Scourgey bits.

The space stations look great, they will make playing “Drop Fleet” even more enjoyable. I did`t get them through the KS at the time, but will be picking a box or two up. Along with the fighter`s – bombers and torpedoes, looking at what you get in the box i may just go for two boxes.
I think I did get 2 or 3 boxes of the space station from the Kickstarter – I did get the shipping notice yesterday. So much for the idea of building a fleet before the bootcamp.
anything that makes the game look better is a winner for me.
i’ll be picking up these no doubt.
I would like to see faction specific fighter and bombers at some stage in the future though.
considering the fighter and bomber options in armada it would be cool to see some elite fighter bomber squadrons and some named pilots in the years to come. i’m sure this type of thing is already swimming around Andy and Dave’s collective hive mind.

I love modular toys. If Lego ever got into making wargamming supplies, I’d need two extra jobs to keep up!

Wave 3, awesome!!! Too bad I am a Kickstarter commodore level pledge backer so of course I don’t have my rewards yet.
Didn’t have the money at the time of the Ks, but I will definitely buying myself a few boxes of the space stations. They look just too great!
