Nothing about Battletech Gothic. So John either died or will have a go at it on Sunday? XD
We may be letting John grumble about it for a little while to form his thoughts of rage haha
Has anybody actually seen the official release at Adepticon?
Or is everybody just responding to the teaser.
I’m cautiously optimistic about it. The new mechs look perfect for making a band of Periphery pirates.
Cathay are VERY pretty. They will likely be hard to get as the bots will circle to resell.
🤞🏻😁
Kings of War Champions…. I’m unsure.
I *may* have 2 boxes of the new Space Wolf army set on my list to budget for – even have someone lined up for the spare Codex & cards 😀
Also a good thing I seem to keep inadvertently buying cans of Army Painter Wolf Grey anytime I buy primer (and have been feverishly building more Space Wolf kitbashes…..)
Space emus are all very well, but where’s the space Rod Hull?
The Cathay models look perfect! Can’t wait to see Kislev in the future as well.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Have the first edition of Alien RPG but not played it through. Waiting for the right time for a cinematic TPK.
It’s been a while since I looked at Atlantic Digital. Lots of tempting offerings
Just a quick note to Ben; LU BU didn’t fight with a Glaive like he’s depicted in media. Recently his tomb was discovered and his weapon was a ordinary spear. I’ll be doing a video over the weekend looking at Cathay and the historical influences. Also Cathay was the Westernised name for China. There’s a lot of influence from right across Chinese history that includes Warring States period, Song Dynasty, Three Kingdoms and Ming. The dragon canon is a fastasied version of a Qing artillery piece. The hobgoblins were originally styled on Genghis Khans forces in 2nd and 3rd Edition… Read more »
The more you know – cheers!

Can you ask WAD if they can do 7th cavalry mounted as they have done custers boys on foot.
The WWI tanks are looking great 👍
Octo Doc marine
Good looking starter set for barons war 2
Halo games look like wroth giving ago
Lol brilliant show guy’s 👍
@avernos For your interview, “Will WA be doing more Asian armies?” The Khmer have already gotten attention but the Ayutthaya kingdom could use some love. Ancient Thai warriors ftw! (I also suggest the Kingdom of War films as “historical records”)
Belated happy weekender to all. Sad to hear of Mr Sawyers passing, didn’t kniw the gentleman but I’m greatful for his worth and work. My thoughts are with you all who may have known Paul. I’m not a old world player but like the addition of Cathay and some stonking minus. The airship is lovely. Recent returns have had me thinking oh I remember them, slight nostalgia but nothing much else. These new offerings are interesting in a different way. I’m also experiencing nostalgia with the space wolves and for a moment caught myself thinking about that first born army… Read more »
Cathay Sentinels look incredible! But for me it’s all about Wargames Atlantic this year! So much cool stuff coming! Spring project you say? I’m in!!!
Man, I still haven’t finished what I picked out for the Spring Clean Challenge from last year, mainly becuase the club I was working on it for no longer exists.
What a year…
Cathay looks great but with all the detail on these minis, I wouldn’t like doing a full Old world army.
If they do hunters for HALO: flashpoint I might think of getting it.
To bad that the Corvus Belli announcements where to late for the weekender as I would like to see the reactions on the Warcrow reveals. I guess I will have to wait a week.
I had a great time working on the Spring Clean Challenge last year. I’m not sure what to pick this year…so many unfinished projects to choose from…
No youngbloods category this year? I was about to nudge my favorite 8 year old to try and paint his Godtear warbands. I guess you’ve only ever had 1-2 entries each year?
Yeah we’re switching things up to see how it goes
