June 24, 2025 by brennon
Warcradle Studios this week revealed the next faction coming to their 10mm wargame, Armoured Clash. The Dystopian Age will shake and the ground rumble as the Great Bear has been awoken and the Commonwealth begin their campaigns on the tabletop.
Commonwealth Faction Battlegroup - Starter Set // Armoured Clash
This all starts, as you'd expect, with the Commonwealth Faction Battlegroup Starter Set. It comes with everything that you need to get started with the Commonwealth in games of Armoured Clash. It features some stunning miniatures, including the monolithic Miron Super-Heavy Borer, which dominates the battlefield.

The set comes with some great miniatures ranging from your core infantry through to your vehicles, skimmers and more esoteric options. For example, you'll find plenty to like about the Ryadovoy Rifle Platoon which will doing a lot of the hard graft in your army, claiming objectives and securing key parts of the battlefield.

Backing them up, we have the burly Azhdaya Berserkers who are going to be smashing their way through the ranks. They are hard-headed in more than one sense of the word and will supplement your Rifle Platoons nicely.

When it comes to vehicles, you've also got some nice, unique options. Here, the Tsarevna Strike Tank takes centre stage and showcases just how different all of the factions in Armoured Clash look.

Sticking with the idea of unique, you've also got the Krot Armoured Borer, which means that the Commonwealth are going to be able to strike from some unexpected places! Is that rumble under your feet the sound of advancing tanks or something underground threatening to burst forth?

Commonwealth Kometa Interceptor
As Flyers are now a key part of armies for Armoured Clash, this means that the Commonwealth are getting one in the form of the Kometa Interceptor.
Kometa Interceptor // Armoured Clash
The Kometa was designed to go head-to-head with the more technologically sophisticated flyers of other armies. It is armed with a rapid-fire Ogon Machine Gun, which, when combined with the snowstorms produced by the Commonwealth, makes it a killing machine that can punish enemy aircraft.
Kometa Interceptor - Miniature // Armoured Clash
This set comes with one of the Kometa Interceptors that you could slot in alongside either of the boxed sets above. A very nice new miniature as well, which takes some cues from real-life aircraft whilst also making sure it fits with the aesthetic of the Commonwealth.
Commonwealth Command & Conquest Deck
Last but not least, we have the specific Commonwealth Command & Conquest Deck.
Commonwealth Command & Conquest Deck // Armoured Clash
This is a key part of your Armoured Clash arsenal and the faction-themed cards will be used to issue Commands, claim Conquests and score those all-important Victory Points. They are the key to victory, so you'll have to manage this set of cards well!
