I comment to win, and you can, too!
I like the smaller scale for the bigger battles, honestly. The feel that the table looks full is palpably more satisfying.
Indyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy of the week! Love the Kiwi stuff. I’m eagerly awaiting for them opening a EU branch like they did in the US
you should watch the show cause that’s already happened
I should and I will. I could have done last night but I fell asleep and went straight to bed before the premier started. XD
The Trench Crusade Nuns look awesome. Have a great weekend!
Oh my I’m well impressed with Battle Kiwi. Next time I’m on Stargrave/Five Parsecs I’ll bung them some attention. And money.
It’s weekender time folk’s 👍
The new terrain is looking great
Mmm dodgy opening Pandora’s box🤔😲🙆
Fabulous show guy’s 👍
I started in smaller scales doing larger battles and have been sucked into skirmish. The Revolution miniatures look good
happy weekender
I’m quite taken by the Nuns. Trench crusade felt a bit too grimmdark for me but I like these.
So the cover of the Codex in the Space Wolf army box launching today is by Phil Moss, and was also the main artwork from the 9th Edition Codex, here they’ve just added that neat stripe and given the pages gold edging like the rest of the Codexes released in this style.
Phil has quite a few covers and general artpieces for GW under his belt, well worth checking out his Artstation page….

What to look at for me at UKGE:
Micro Art Studio
Deep-Cut Studio
Cæsar Ink
Goblin King Games
and anything Star Wars, Bot War, Battletech and Frostgrave related! Hell, just launch a 360° camera drone and let it scan EVERYTHING! XD
I’ll now continue to watch the show
Did you know that if you listen to Ben say “Micro Art Studio” with the speed increased by 50% it sounds just like “My Crotch Studio”? It certainly got my attention.
I like that Space Wolves still have the old look to them.
The Genya no Yokai and Dai Yokai are some beautiful models.
Gotta love anyone who “Restores” Godzilla and Kong to their rightful places.
Well now I’m going to have nightmares about screaming kiwis.
I don’t want to start another 40k force, but the look and feel of the space wolves is really tempting.

maybe.
I must admit that I rather like the Warlord Epic stuff and have lots of the Napoleonic, Ancient, and American Civil War models. I would love for them to do some more biblical work with chariots.
28mm are, of course, awesome, but for huge battles, you can get some fantastic-looking games using a smaller scale to portray just how big armies could be. Something that would probably be impossible for most of us mere mortals to achieve with the larger scales.
