Justin sits down with Dave Taylor from Cool Mini Or Not to learn how to build a Wrath of Kings faction ready for battle regardless of whether it's a Patrol, Skirmish or Battle sized army.

Wrath of Kings has various game sizes that players may choose from, each giving different options and army sizes. Using Dave's Nasier force as an example we start from a Patrol and work our way up to a Battle sized force.

I do like a quick and easy army build system.
Dave has some nicely painted minis there.
I just want to say that the format and segments of this series has been by far better than others. The progression of the factions, to the game, to the terrain to building of the army. I liked this far better than the Relic Knights series. I like that you had a discussion of each faction close up without the terrain getting in the way. I liked the play because you discussed options as you went along. The game was also smoother and faster. The terrain segment was excellent in talking about options for factions. Element games seem to have the first wave of the range asked them about the new book ,they say their looking into it and I should check the site in a couple of weeks
There’s quite a few of the uk ebay shops that are selling the starter sets, don’t seem to have all of the individuals though. Hopefully the distribution expands.
A Patrol-sized game should not be too hard to get started with.

Been looking at the unit cards on their website, looks like every faction can build both a horde and an elite force. Love that!
I’ve really enjoyed this level of in-depth coverage of the game. I feel like I have a pretty good handle on what the game is, how the core mechanics work, what I’d need to get started and how I could build out from there. And the overview of the factions, that sort of introduced to the world mythology and where each faction fits into it, makes me excited to really get in there, play some games and delve deeper into Arikania. Glad to see the full coverage of Wrath of Kings. Feel while the game is on the more small end of rules it gives you a lot of quality options, and it is always nice to be able to not be worried about getting rules wrong or having to remember rules pages all the time.
