Not every device can always connect to internet everywhere. My tablet can’t connect to 3G, 4G or whatever and is stuck using Wi-Fi, which isn’t available everywhere. Also a lot of people still prefer the use of paper books when it comes to rules, and they won’t update automatically over the internet. And then there are people, I know it’s hard to believe, that don’t have smartphones or tablets. I’m afraid we will be stuck with separate PDFs for errata’s and FAQs for quite some time.
