My suggestion would be to put the extra money into promoting the club, to get more members.

My experience is that people tend to age out of gaming at various points in their life, trying to meet a partner, having kids, etc.  If you are all of a similar age, that could have quite a profound effect on membership numbers.

How you do that promotion is tricky…

1. If you have a FLGS, I’d suggest asking if you can put up a notice,
2. BoW has a Places section which clubs can be set up in,
3. GameFor (https://www.iamgamefor.com/) is an app for gamers to find clubs, stores and players, so sign up for that,
4. If you have a local paper then place an advert,
5. I haven’t tried it but Facebook advertising may work.

Other than that, perhaps run some competitions and use the money for prizes.
