Our local game group saved the money and had a giant Raffle/Giveaway on the Birthday of the Group.

Or used the money to run Tournaments with low entry fees and awesome prizes.

Rainy day funds are important, trust me when it rains it pours.

Gaming Mats are also a great idea since it slashes your storage space, trees are also good so are fences and stone walls. If you buy terrain make it as Generic as possible
