@avien if you’re going formal already then definitely make sure you formalise any such agreements.

It can be tough to discuss such things within the club, because things are going great now. But at the same time this means people have far less to gain so they may be more open to things that they will not be in favour of in a crisis.

As they say : prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
