@jackie that’s an interesting question I’ve not got access to the western book yet, soon I hope 😉

If I was a betting man I would say that is a misprint based on the old rule which was an additional -1 to be hit when down, in fact the rules quick ref at the back has the same mistake. Personally I would play it as the -1 to hit 1/2 the HE, rather than making that a -3 but I can see the argument for it because of the inclusion of that line.

I checked  FAQ or the forum and no one has asked the question yet. I’ll pop a message to Charlie on the super secret facepage thing though and see if he can clarify it.

[EDIT] Just saw the rules as written, change that to a -2 and a -4 respectively to be hit with the 1/2 or 1/4 HE hits, I think that makes more sense until an offical FAQ comes down.
