Sounds like a good plan and it will certainly be beneficial for the local community. Any place where people can hang out and do stuff peacefully surely deserves every support. I really keep my fingers crossed for you guys.

I also can imagine this to become a future meeting point for ‘unplugged’ weekends.

Potentially increasing Coleraine’s  tourism dramatically..they will need to build more hotels!! And pubs. And taxis..
