Greetings,

Best tidings of the season to you etc etc

I too am working right through this time of year, seeing as I’m one of Santa’s Helpers: I work at an electrical retailer and everyone wants these toys!

Lucky for me Christmas falls on a Tuesday this year which means I have my regular Sunday/ Monday weekend and then no work Tuesday, an actual long weekend for me!

I have my daughter until Monday afternoon, then she’ll spend Xmas day with her mum.

Hobby may be back on the Agenda later in the week, but probably not for the next few days.

@sundancer enjoy your time off and have fun with your family.

That elf looks like he has seen some things

@evilstu cheers for kicking off this Holiday Special!

No rest for the wicked I guess, huh? I have to go out today to get the majority of Christmas shopping done.

The rain has been sporadic round my way, but I live close to a lake so there’s always humidity. No priming or varnishing for me ?

Hey @onlyonepinman

So I feel like I get where you’re coming from: this is my second Christmas after my wife and I seperated. This year my daughter will be spending Christmas Day with her mum. It’ll be strange and a little sad not to be with her on the actual day.

I have a similar arrangement with the weekends as well, but it starts Saturday evening until Sunday, so we don’t get to spend nearly as much time with each other as we’d like.

Money definitely helps, but time helps too.

Your unexpected commission sounds awesome! Good score fella!

Nice work on the Rodians, and have fun with Resident Evil.

@mage sounds like you’ve got organisation sorted. Not like @evilstu and I, lol!

@elessar2590 cool terrain, great minis!

More replies later, gotta go shopping!
