@tankcommander : just because GW didn’t think mass battle games could be profitable that doesn’t mean they won’t be (again). Perhaps all that is really needed is a change of scale …

Besides … the ‘A song of Ice and Fire’ kickstarter kind of shows that there is an interest in these types of games.
What really matters is the sales pitch.

9th Age simply needs a better company to market the system.
