@robert to piggy back your point, Nintendo have already tried to limit people playing their games eg: ‘lets plays’ in the past. I believe through being a list of content providers which I think you had to pay for – otherwise the earnings people made from videos of Nintendo games would find themselves forced to give add revenue to them – simple hack people got round this was to de-monetize Nintendo content.
