Modern China isn’t fully communistic anymore with them having what they call “capitalism with Chinese characteristics” and them having they share of rich and middle class that are both still outnumbered by poor. Only thing remaining from fully communistic China is that CCP and it’s leader pretty much rule over entire country and try to protect they position any means they can. So other than that they are all about trade and making money which is why most countries ignore more morally wrong things they do.
